RESERVATIONS....A deposit for a 1 night stay required. A 2 night minimum may apply for weekends or holidays. Arrival time confirmed upon receipt of reservation.

CREDIT CARDS...Most major cards are accepted. Inquire in advance of other forms of payment.

CANCELLATION....ALL cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. No refunds issued with less than 14 day notice, unless room is rented to another guest.

RATES...All rates are subject to change. $125.00 - $165.00 (additional $20 for 3rd party in room) +8% tax.  Please inquire about our 'Off Season' rates.  Discounts available for reserving the entire inn.

RESTRICTIONS...We have little restrictions at our beautiful home. We ask you kindly to respect the wishes of non-smokers and reserve your smoking to our lovely grounds.

CHILDREN...Our property is not appropriate for children.
